UNITED is an installation comprised of 180 pairs of wall-hung white porcelain wings arranged tightly in the shape of an 8 ft. circle. The wings are drawn from a white dove, a symbol of peace. They are smaller in size on the outer perimeter and largest in the center, lending the installation a domed effect. The shape of a circle has multiple interpretations. The fragility and delicacy of the wings plays into the concept. which is open ended.
